the New Mexico Debate

hosted by CBS Southwest News, CH.13
December 14, 1999

On Tuesday evening, CBS Southwest News hosted a forum to continue public discussion about illicit drug policy in New Mexico as well as the nation. We thank CBS Southwest News for their professional efforts. We found that both the speakers, Governor Gary Johnson and Bernalillo County District Attorney Jeff Romero, added greatly to the public's understanding of this important social issue.

  Deana Saucedo

CBS Southwest anchor and reporter, Deanna Sauceda, moderated the Tuesday evening party. CBS Southwest News provided a brief history of this issue.
